Lemon & Mint Compound 12% is made with different Spanish varieties of Citrus Lemon from 1% or 12%. These lemons grow in the Mediterranean region, and benefit from its wonderful climate, warm during the day and slightly cold at night, which is the main reason of its intense flavour and taste.
Our compounds are a mix of fruit juices / concentrates and flavors, sometimes completed with other ingredients such as colorings, acid, preservatives, etc. We can customize the fruit content starting from 1% and increasing it to any desired amount, following our clients requirements, and we can also make compound of any desired flavor.
