- About us
Cherimoya (Annona cherimola), sometimes spelled chirimoya, is a wonderful source of vitamin A and vitamin C. It also contains vitamin B3 and vitamin B9. This fruit has a good level of potassium (compared with its sodium content) and has other micronutrients such as phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. Thanks to this composition, our cherimoya concentrate is a great product for health care. It has been shown that cherimoya has antioxidant effects, reduces the risk of some types of cancer, reduces the risk of some heart and blood pressure diseases, etc. It also seems to have even anti-malarial properties.
Properties of Cherimoya Concentrate
Generally, we don’t consume cherimoya because of its healthy properties; we do it due to its great taste. Thus, our cherimoya concentrate is a delicious concentrate that can be utilized in the elaboration of different food and beverage products, such as soft drinks, ready meals, jams, bakery and dairy products, etc. We supply this cherimoya concentrate with a Brix level of 14.0-17.0 and an acidity of 0.1-0.3.
When our cherimoya concentrate is ready we can ship it in tankers, bins, drums and bags in boxes. The packaging will depend on the client’s needs.
