Red grapefruit Comminuted 1:1 is made by concentrating the flabedo, albedo and endocarp parts of the best Spain-grown red grapefruits. However, we also supply red grapefruit comminuted 2:1, which is concentrated twice; red grapefruit comminuted 3:1, which is concentrated three times; and red grapefruit comminuted 4:1, which is four times concentrated.
