Spain is very well known for its high-quality wines, which are a result of using premium-quality grapes, either red or white, for its elaboration. This is why our grape concentrates are highly recommended. You can use them either to obtain drinks or to ferment.
Our Red Grape Juice Concentrate is made with grape juice concentrate elaborated with grapes from the Vitis Vinifera type of grape vine. The colour, taste, and flavour are typical of fresh red grapes.
This type of grape juice concentrate may be used in fruit beverages, food industrial applications, bakery and dairy products, ice cream, soft drinks, drinks, ready meals, jams, and syrups.
We normally pack Red Grape Juice Concentrate in an aseptic bag which we place in a metallic, cone-shaped drum, with a plastic lid. The recommended storage for this product is to maintain it refrigerated between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius.
Red grapes are very beneficial health wise. Some of its benefits are: it boosts the immune system and prevents fatigue, it helps cure migraine and asthma, it lowers the risk of kidney diseases, improves brain functioning, relieves from constipation, prevents breast cancer, and strengthens bones.
Red Grape Juice Concentrate process
To process our Red Grape Juice Concentrate, we completely eliminate the seeds and skin of the grapes, in order to extract an excellent clear juice. This juice is then concentrated to obtain Red Grape Juice Concentrate.
The product is prepared in accordance with the “General Principles of Food Hygiene” recommended by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. It does not contain substance which can cause allergies or intolerance, and no GMB is used in the processing. All ingredients are considered not genetically modified or not derived from genetically modified organisms.
Apart from Red Grape Juice Concentrate, Lemon Concentrate supplies many other concentrated fruits, such as white grape, pomegranate, lemon, orange, mandarin, apple, white grapefruit, pink grapefruit, watermelon, and strawberry.
