This juice then undergoes a concentration process using an evaporator, which removes excess water while preserving the intense flavor, aroma, and nutrients of the original fruit. The result is a potent concentrate with a high Brix level (64.0 – 66.0), indicative of natural sweetness, and a well-balanced acidity range (3.3 – 6.0), offering a refreshingly tangy finish.
