Our Lemon Puree is made with sound and mature Spanish-grown lemons in order to keep all of the properties to get an acidity-high and a tasty lemon concentrate. It’s a delicious thick, smooth, and pulpy mixture. The lemons are carefully selected, peeled, and blended into a puree, ensuring the retention of the fruit’s natural characteristics.
