Once the crops are harvested, the organic lemon fruits are transported to the processing plant to undergo juice extraction, processing, and packaging, ready to be shipped off the same day. This fast processing and same-day shipping ensure that the juice stays as fresh as possible as it reaches consumers or retail shops while still maintaining its properties.
