Spain is very well known for its high quality wines, result of premium-quality grapes, either red or white. This is why our grape concentrates are highly recommended. You can use it for both, to obtain drinks or to ferment. Our White Grape Juice Concentrate is made from white grape concentrate of grape varieties from different origins. During its elaboration process, the seeds and skin are extracted to get an excellent clear juice, which is the concentrated to obtain White Grape Juice Concentrate. Some of the products in which it can be applied are fruit beverages, food industrial applications, bakery and dairy products, ice cream, soft drinks/drinks, ready meals, jams and syrups. Its colour, taste and flavour are typical of fresh white grape.
As well as our red grape juice concentrate, White Grape Juice Concentrate is packed in aseptic bags, which are then inserted in metallic, cone-shaped drums, covered with a plastic lid. Both juice concentrates should be stored under refrigerated conditions between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius, in order to maintain their properties and quality.
