Our Apple and Beetroot Concentrate is an ideal sub-product of apple and beetroot, made of apple concentrate and beetroot concentrate. The Apple and Beetroot Concentrate may be reconstituted by dilution in water in order to reach the Brix grades of ready-to-drink product. Beetroots or beets are a type of vegetable from the Chenopodiaceous family which contains folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B6, thiamin, manganese, potassium, magnesium and copper.
Eating or drinking beetroot prevents skin, lung and colon cancer, stimulates liver function, boosts immune system and heart health, reduces birth defects, reduces macular degeneration and prevents respiratory ailments. Apples are very healthy too, just like the saying says “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Apples are rich in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
These last ones are believed to have powerful antioxidant effects. Some of the components of apples are vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, riboflavin, potassium, manganese, calcium, and iron.
