Lemon Compound is made with different Spanish varieties of Citrus Limon. These lemons grow in the Mediterranean region, and benefit from its wonderful climate, warm during the day and slightly cold at night, which is the main reason of its intense flavour and taste.
Once the crops are gathered, the lemons are sent to the processing plant in order to prepare the Lemon Compound, which is packed immediately to be sent the same day, thereby maintaining the fruit’s properties. We have many types of containers available, such as tankers, drums, bins, and bag in boxes. We send the product in one way or the other depending on the customer’s needs.
Our Lemon Compound has no preservatives and maintains all the properties of the fruit such as the flavor, colour and essence.
Lemon is one of the most famous and used types of fruit. Lemon flavour is perfectly recognizable and very popular. Most people associate the smell with cleanliness and freshness.
Lemon Compound is usually used as a base for drinks by its dilution in water, and also to add flavor to any food product.
