The strawberries we use to elaborate our Strawberry Juice Concentrate 65° Brix are very juicy and tasty; we only use high-quality raw materials to process our juice concentrates.
Strawberry Juice Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach 7.0° Brix of ready to drink beverages.
Strawberries contain a lot of vitamin C, and in lesser quantities they contain folic acid, vitamin K and niacin. The mineral content of the strawberry comprises mainly manganese, and some potassium, magnesium, and calcium. As for the nutritional content, this fruit has dietary fiber, and very few carbohydrates and calories.
Due to its composition, strawberries help regulate the proper functioning of the nervous system, it reduces risk or arthritis, gout and cancer, it protects the eye, prevents heart diseases, reduces cholesterol, helps maintain normal blood pressure, and boosts immune system.

The product is prepared in accordance with the “General Principles of Food Hygiene” recommended by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The values for arsenic and heavy metals do not exceed the AIJN Code of Practice limits and the product complies with the Regulation (EC) N° 1881/2006 and subsequent amendments. The product complies with the Regulation (EC) N° 396/2005 and subsequent amendments. The product does not contain substances having allergic properties for which labelling is required, as defined in Directive 2007/68/EC amending Annex IIIA to Directive2000/13/ECoftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncilas regardscertainfoodingredients. The labels of our products are prepared in accordance with the SGF recommended and also comply with Directive 2000/13/EC and its amendments.

Aseptic product must be stored at 4-10°C to avoid colour and flavour change.
This product specification describes the composition and properties of our product to the best of our knowledge. It replaces all previous versions and is valid without signature. Due to raw material variations deviations from this specification may occur within good manufacturing practise in order to standardize our product. The permissibility of our product may be limited to certain applications.
